Luck is a measure of overall luck that affects how quickly critical damage is restored.

 

Perk level Requirements Description


Fortune Finder - Luck 1

01 You've learned how to unlock the Wasteland's hidden riches and find more caps in containers.

02 Level 05 You find even more lids in the containers.

03 Level 25 You find even more lids in the containers.

04 Level 40 You find more caps in containers, and there's a chance that enemies will drop caps when you kill them.


Scrounger - Luck 2

01 You know how to do everything possible to continue the fight and find more ammunition in containers.

02 Level 07 You find even more ammunition in containers.

03 Level 24 You find even more ammunition in containers.

04 Level 37 You find even more ammunition in containers.


Bloody Mess - Luck 3

01 +5% bonus damage means enemies are sometimes reduced to a bloody pulp. Watch out for those flying eyeballs!

02 Level 09 You deal +10% damage in combat.

03 Level 31 You deal +15% damage in combat.

04 Level 47 When an enemy explodes, nearby enemies may suffer the same fate.


Mysterious Stranger - Luck 4

01 Who is he? Why is he helping? Who cares! The mysterious stranger will occasionally appear in VATS to lend a hand, with deadly efficiency...

02 Level 22 The mysterious stranger appears even more frequently in VATS.

03 Level 41 The Mysterious Stranger appears even more frequently in VATS. When he kills an enemy, he has a chance to increase your critical damage to maximum.


Idiot Savant - Luck 5

01 You're not stupid! Just... a little different. Randomly gain 3x Experience from any action, and the lower your Intelligence, the higher the chance.

02 Level 11 You now randomly gain 5x Experience from any action. The lower your Intelligence, the higher the chance.

03 Level 34 Randomly receiving bonus Experience from any action can cause 3x Experience for all kills for a short period of time. The lower your Intelligence, the higher the chance.


Better Criticals - Luck 6

01 Upgrade your skills to boost your combat effectiveness! Critical hits deal 50% more bonus damage.

02 Level 15 Critical hits deal double damage.

03 Level 40 Critical hits deal 2.5 times more damage.


Critical Banker - Luck 7

01 You are a tactical fighter and can save Critical Strike to be used in VATS when you need it most.

02 Level 17 You can save 2 Critical Hits to be used in VATS when you need it most.

03 Level 43 You can store 3 Critical Hits to use in VATS when you need them most. Storing Crits can grant an additional +1 Critical Hit.


Grim Reaper's Sprint - Luck 8

01 Death is you! Any kill in VATS has a 15% chance to restore all action points.

02 Level 19 Any kill in VATS has a 25% chance to restore all action points.

03 Level 46 Any kill in VATS has a 35% chance to restore all action points and critical hit.


Four Leaf Clover - Luck 9

01 Feeling lucky? You should! Every hit in VATS has a chance to restore your critical hit bar.

02 Level 13 Each hit in VATS has a higher chance to restore the critical bar.

03 Level 32 Each hit in VATS has a very high chance to restore the critical bar.

04 Level 48 Every hit in VATS has an excellent chance to restore the critical bar.


Ricochet - Luck 10

01 Everything comes back! Early attacks from enemies sometimes ricochet back, killing them instantly. The closer you are to death, the higher the chance.

02 Level 29 Enemies' attacks sometimes ricochet back, instantly killing them with an increased chance.

03 Level 50 When an enemy shot ricochets back and kills an enemy, there is a chance that the critical bar will regenerate.
