SPECIAL System and Skills

SPECIAL system parameters (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck):

Strength (S) - Strength represents your physical capabilities. It determines how much cargo you can carry and determines your effectiveness in close combat.

Perception (P) - A high Perception value gives advantages when using the Explosives, Lockpicking, and Energy Weapons skills, and also determines the time it takes for red marks to appear on the compass (i.e., when you spot an enemy).

Endurance (E) - Enzurance is a measure of your physical fitness. High Endurance provides a health bonus, environmental resistance, and an advantage when using the Heavy Weapons and Unarmed skills.

Charisma (C) - If you have high Charisma, people will treat you better. This stat gives advantages when using the Barter and Speech skills.

Intelligence (I) - Intelligence provides a bonus to the Science, Repair, and Medicine skills. The higher your Intelligence, the more skill points you receive when you level up.

Agility (A) - Dexterity affects the use of the Light Weapons and Stealth skills, as well as the number of action points in VATS mode.

Luck (L) - With high Luck, all your abilities perform slightly better. Additionally, luckier characters have a higher critical hit chance with all weapons.
