Level 2

Black Widow/Woman Killer - When fighting a male enemy (Black Widow) or a female enemy (Woman Killer), you deal +10% damage. Out of combat: You sometimes have unique dialogue options when talking to the opposite sex.

Daddy's Boy (Girl) - Like your beloved daddy, you devote a lot of time to intellectual pursuits. You gain an additional 5 points to the Science and Medicine skills.

Gun Fanatic - You are obsessed with firearms. With each new rank of this ability, you gain an additional 5 points to the Light Weapons and Repair skills.

Intense Training  - This perk allows you to add one point to any of the SPECIAL stats. Along with finding bobbleheads (+1 to the stat), it is the only way in the game to permanently raise a stat. In addition, there are other perks that affect certain SPECIAL stats in one way or another. Some stats can be temporarily raised by items with the corresponding effects (as long as they are either in your inventory (e.g., Lucky Ball #8) or equipped (e.g., Lucky Sunglasses)).

Baseball Player - Years in the Vault's youth baseball league have honed your hitting and throwing skills. With each new rank, you receive 5 points to the Unarmed and Explosives skills.

Diligent Student - With each new rank, you receive an additional 10% to your total experience points each time you gain new experience. 

Requirements: INT 4, Ranks: 3, id: 00031DD3

Thief - With each new rank, you receive an additional 5 points to the Stealth and Lockpick skills.    

Requirements: DEX 4, PER 4. Ranks: 3, id: 00031DD6


Level 4

Eternal Child - This ability greatly facilitates communication with children, usually in the form of unique dialogue options.    

Requirements: CHA 4. Ranks: 1, id: 00003142

Understanding - With this ability, you gain an additional skill point for each educational book you read. 

Requirements: INT 4. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DE1

Educated - This ability grants an additional 3 experience points per level. It's best to take it early.  

Requirements: INT 4. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DD8

Entomologist - This ability allows you to deal 50% more damage to mutated insects, such as radroaches, giant ants, or radscorpions.  

Requirements: INT 4, Science 40. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DD9

Iron Fist - With this ability, you deal an additional 5 points of damage per level when fighting unarmed.  

Requirements: STR 4. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DDB

Scoundrel - With this ability, you can use your irresistible charm to influence people - with each rank, your Speech and Barter skills improve by 5 points.    

Requirements: CHA 4. Ranks: 3, id: 00044CA6


Level 6

Bloodbath - When equipped, characters and creatures killed by your hand often explode, turning into blood-red mince and guts. Cool! Oh, and you deal 5% additional damage with any weapon.

Bomb Expert - With each new rank, all your explosives deal 20% more damage.    

Requirements: Explosives 50. Ranks: 3, id: 00031DAB

Fortune Hunter - With this perk, you will find significantly more Nuka-Cola caps in crates than without it.    

Requirements: LUCk 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DE3

Duelist - Your accuracy in VATS when firing a pistol (or similar one-handed weapon) is significantly increased.     

Lead Belly - This ability reduces the radiation dose you receive by 50% when drinking contaminated water.     

Requirements: PER 5. Ranks:1, id: 00044CA9 

Fortitude - This ability provides an additional 10% to your overall damage resistance, but caps at 85%. 

Requirements: PER 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DE0


Level 8

Commando - Your accuracy in VATS with a rifle (or similar two-handed weapon) is greatly increased.   

Ranks: 1, id: 00099828

Arbitrator - This perk gives an additional 30 points to the Speech skill... but only while your karma is neutral.    

Requirements: CHAR 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00044CAD

Rad Resistance - Rad Resistance allows you to—surprise!—resist radiation. This perk adds 25% to your radiation resistance.  

Requirements: END 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DA9

Freeloader - This perk allows you to find significantly more ammo in crates than you otherwise would.  

Requirements: LUCK 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DAA

Size Matters - You're a fan of really, REALLY big guns. Each rank of this ability grants an additional 15 points to your Heavy Weapons skill.    

Requirements: STR 5. Ranks: 3, id: 0009982E

Strong Spine - With this ability, you can carry 50 pounds more than without it.  

Requirements: STR 5, END 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DDE


Level 10

Animal Friend - At rank one of this ability, animals don't attack you. At rank two, they even come to your aid in combat – but not with other animals. This ability works on dogs, yao guai, mole rats, and brahmin.    

Requirements: CHA 6. Ranks: 2, id: 00031DB5

Accuracy - This ability gives you a higher chance of scoring a critical hit in combat; equivalent to 5 additional Luck points.

Ranks: 1, id: 00094EC1

Here and Now - Upon taking this ability, you immediately gain the next level, along with all its benefits. A unique, but questionable, perk – given the rate of experience gain and the level cap in the game of 20!

Sandman - This ability allows you to stealthily kill any person or ghoul in their sleep while in stealth mode. All kills of the Sandman bring him additional experience points.    

Requirements: Stealth 60. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DAD

Mysterious Stranger - You get a personal guardian angel... armed with a loaded .44 magnum (9000 damage per shot!). The Mysterious Stranger appears from time to time in VATS mode to give you a very effective helping hand.    

Requirements: Luck 6. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DBC

Botanist's Frenzy - Enough of this bullying! The Mad Botanist, when his health drops to 20% or below, his Strength increases to 10 and his damage resistance increases by 50%.    

Requirements: Science 50, INT 5. Ranks: 1, id: 00044CA7

Creature of the Night - After sunset, the Creature of the Night gains +2 to Intelligence and Perception (but not higher than 10). This ability resets your internal clock, making it effective both indoors and outdoors.

Level 12

Cannibal - This ability allows you to consume a corpse to restore your health while in stealth mode. However, after each feast, you lose karma points, and if anyone saw you, your feast is considered a crime of perversion.

Accelerated Metabolism - This ability gives an additional 20% health when using stimulants.    

Ranks: 1, id: 00094EBF

Fountain of Life - This ability gives you an additional 30 health.  

Requirements: END 6. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DB1

Pyromaniac - With this ability, you deal 50% more damage when using all types of flamethrowers - from the regular one to the Shish-Kebab.

Requirements: Explosives 60. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DB2

Roboticist - With this ability, you deal 25% more damage to any robot. But what's even better is that if you sneak up on a robot undetected and mess with it, the robot will shut down. Completely.    

Requirements: Science 50. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DC2

Silent Run - This ability gives an additional 10 points to stealth, and running will no longer affect stealth. A questionable skill - something's wrong with stealth in the game...

Requirements: DEX 6, Stealth 50. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DB3

Sniper - This ability seriously increases your chances of hitting an enemy in the head in VATS mode.  

Requirements: DEX 6, PER 6. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DB4


Level 14

Diamond Skeleton - With this ability, your limbs take only 50% of normal damage.

Ranks: 1, id: 00094EC4

Chemist - When you take this ability, any chemicals last twice as long on you.

Requirements: Medicine 60. Ranks: 1, id: 0009982D

Hitman - When you take this ability, you will get the chance to cut off the ear of every good character you kill. The ear can be sold to a specific person (you will find out who when you take the ability) for caps and bad karma.

Cyborg - Mechanical implants have permanently expanded the capabilities of your body! The Cyborg receives an additional 10% resistance to damage, poisons, and radiation, as well as 10 points to the Energy Weapons skill.    

Requirements: Medicine 60, Science 60. Ranks: 1, id: 00044CAB

Lawman - When you take this ability, you will get the ability to cut off a finger from each evil character you kill. Fingers can be sold to a specific person (you will find out who when you take the ability) for caps and good karma.

Light Step - With this ability, you will never step on an enemy mine or fall into a floor trap.    

Requirements: PER 6, DEX 6. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DB7

Great Merchant - With this ability, the price of any purchase you make is reduced by 25%.    

Requirements: CHR 6, Barter 60, Ranks: 1, id: 00031DB8


Level 16

Zippy - This ability gives you an additional 25 action points in VATS.  

Requirements: DEX 6. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DBA (0007B202)

Critical Damage - With this ability, you deal 50% more damage with each critical hit on an enemy.    

Requirements: PER 6, LUCK 6. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DBB

Chem Resistance - This ability means that you are half as likely to get addicted to chemicals, such as Psychic or Jet.    

Requirements: Medicine 60. Ranks: 1, id: 00099827

Prize! - This ability allows you to choose a bonus fourth skill, which will immediately raise it by 15 points.

Level 18

Massive Fire - With this ability, your accuracy on specific body parts in VATS increases slightly with each subsequent shot to that part.

Requirements: Light Weapons 60, Energy Weapons 60. Ranks: 1, id: 00044CAF

Hacker - Failed a hacking attempt and couldn't get into someone else's computer? It happens, but not to a true Hacker! With this ability, you can retry hacking any computer that has blocked your access.

Requirements: INT 7, Science 70. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DC4

Burglar - A Burglar can retry hacking a previously broken and theoretically unbreakable lock. This includes locks broken by force.    

Requirements: PER 7, Hacking 70. Ranks: 1, ID: 00044CB0.

Paralyzing Palm - With this ability, you can occasionally perform a palm strike in VATS, paralyzing the enemy for 30 seconds. Keep in mind that you must be completely unarmed for this to work.    

Requirements: Unarmed 70. Ranks: 1, ID: 00044CAA


Level 20

Explorer - When you take this ability, all locations in the game will appear on your map. So go and explore!

Death on the Rise - If you kill an enemy in V.A.T.S. mode, all your action points are restored upon leaving V.A.T.S.

Ranks: 1, id: 00099834

Ninja - This ability grants you the power of the fabled shadow warriors. When attacking with a melee weapon or unarmed, you have a 15% increased chance to score a critical hit. A critical hit while stealthed deals 25% more damage than usual.    

Requirements: Melee 80, Stealth 80. Ranks: 1, id: 00031DCC

Solar Cell  - When exposed to direct sunlight, you gain an additional 2 points of strength and slowly regenerate lost health.  

Requirements: END 7. Rank: 1, ID: 00031DC5.


Codes can be used by opening the console in the PC version and entering the following commands:
