Fort Constantine
Fort Constantine is a powerful defensive fortification in the Capital Wasteland's NWZ, between SatCom Array NW-05a and SatCom Array NN-03d satellite communications stations. Defense, both within the outer perimeter and inside the fort, is provided by all types of robots: Protectrons, Robobrains, Guardians, and Braves.
Fort Constantine houses a silo complex for launching intercontinental ballistic missiles (non-functional). The entire complex consists of three buildings: the Command Center (CC), personnel rooms (Z), and the Armory (A). All external doors to the Armory (nuclear warhead storage) are locked and require 100% lockpicking skill; however, an underground passage from the Command Center's basement provides an alternative entrance. However, the hero still cannot enter the bunker, as it requires Ted Streier's special key (the door cannot be hacked).
This is also the only way to reach the T-51b power armor. However, from the basement you can access the missile launch room, and from there, the armory basement. To open the door to the storage room, you need Dyukov's special key. Inside the room is Tara's body (with the key to the warhead storage room), two doors (100% hackable), and another door opposite (requiring Dave's special key), leading to the coveted T-51b armor. This is the location for Aleister Crowley's mission "Shoot each of them in the head."
Trophies (besides the T-51b): in the command center - a "Big Guns" figurine in an open safe in the building's basement, two pre-war books, Quantum Cola, "The Chinese People's Army Special Forces Training Manual" and "Guns and Bullets," and ICBM launch codes in the safe.
Staff Quarters: "Grognak the Barbarian" on the lower floor in a locked room (100%) next to the back entrance. ICBM Launch Control Bunker: "Duck and Cover!", a Large Science Book, a Pre-War Book, and an Invisible Man. Warhead Storage: a "Fat Man" nuclear grenade launcher and several nuclear charges, "The DC Therapeutic Journal" (in the power armor room), "Guns and Bullets" and various small arms and grenades behind a locked door (100%), a nuclear charge up the stairs from the armor room.
Interestingly, the "Konstantin Ballistic Missile Launch Center" can be briefly mentioned in the film. "Crimson Tide" is about attempts to prevent a nuclear holocaust. The "Guns and Bullets" book, mentioned among the trophies, can be a real pain in the ass for the player. The problem is that it's not always visible. When playing on PC, this issue can be resolved by entering the tfc console command.
