Fallout 1 -> Perks (level 9)
Animal Friend - Animals will not attack one of their friends unless taunted or attacked first. The debate over what constitutes an animal and what does not continues to this day.
Ranks: 1. Requirements: Intelligence 5, Naturalism 25%, Level 9.
Better Criticals - Critical hits your character inflicts on an enemy now actually have devastating consequences. Upon impact, damage is increased by 20%, though this skill does not increase the critical hit chance itself.
Number of ranks: 1. Requirements: Perception 5, Luck 3, Dexterity 4, level 9.
Rate of Fire Bonus - This Skill allows you to pull the trigger slightly faster than before, without sacrificing accuracy. Each attack with a ranged weapon costs one less Action Point (AP) than before.
Number of ranks: 1. Requirements: Dexterity 6, Intelligence 6, Perception 4, level 9.
Dodger - You are much less likely to be injured during combat. Each rank of this Skill adds +5% to your Armor Class (AC) in addition to the defense of any armor you already have.
Number of ranks: 2 Requirements: Dexterity 4, level 9
Explorer - The calling of any explorer is to seek out new and interesting places. This Skill increases the chance of finding unusual locations or people.
Number of ranks: 1. Requirements: Level 9.
Flower Child - With this Skill, your character's chance of becoming addicted to drugs is reduced by 50%, and the side effects of using them are halved. Now you're a true hippie.
Number of ranks: 1. Requirements: Endurance 5, Level 9.
Master Trader - You've mastered a crucial aspect of trade: buying quality goods cheaply. With this Skill, your character receives a 25% discount on all purchased goods.
Ranks: 1. Requirements: Charisma 7, Barter Skill 70%, Level 9.
Mutation! - The high levels of radiation in the desert have done their job—you've changed. These changes don't involve extra limbs or anything like that, don't get your hopes up. Now you'll only be able to change one of your character's Traits.

Mysterious Stranger - You've somehow attracted the attention of a mysterious stranger who will occasionally assist you. In short, an extra gun in battle never hurts. The problem is, if your mysterious assistant dies, no one will replace them—you'll have to answer for your words yourself.
Number of ranks: 1. Requirements: Luck 7, Level 9.
Pickpocket - This Skill makes you an expert thief. No more pickpocketing. Now you can steal anything. No longer do you have to hide behind your victim's back. You can brazenly approach them, smile, and steal anything you like.
Ranks: 1. Requirements: Dexterity 8, Steal Skill 80%, Level 9.
Scrounger - While scavenging the corpses of your kills, you find more ammunition than the average person. Perhaps you simply remember to retrieve the ammo that was loaded into captured enemy weapons? With this Skill, the amount of ammunition found is doubled. More ammo means more corpses.
Number of discharges: 1. Requirements: Luck 8, Level 9.
