L'Enfant Station (South)
Part of the Capital Metro system beneath the Wasteland. Some sections of the tunnel show low levels of radiation. The tunnels are home to numerous feral zombies and one Glowing One. L'Enfant Station (South) leads to L'Enfant Plaza. This metro exit leads to a vestibule overlooking the highway, where several mutants (one with a minigun or bazooka) ambush the hero. The Capitol Post newspaper office, L'Enfant Cafe, and Madame Julie's shop are located here.
Another entrance to L'Enfant Plaza is through the Hazmat Radioactive Waste Burial Ground (a chain of caves where barrels of radioactive waste are stored below the level of the subway lines).
Trophies: "The Chinese People's Army Special Forces Training Manual" on some electronic equipment in the center of the location, a large number of medical supplies at the exit next to the body of a Wasteland resident, and sunglasses on the table next to a clock. A large science book and "US Army: 30 Techniques for Using a Hand Flamethrower" in L'Enfant Plaza (the "Finding Cheryl" mini-quest also begins here).
