Stalker: Call of Pripyat → X-8 Laboratory
We're heading to the Yubileiny KBO. Grab as much ammo, first aid kits, and other supplies as possible. The mission won't be easy. On the ground floor, approach the elevator; it's out of power, so we need to turn on the generator. We climb the stairs. The indicator shows 26 living creatures. As we progress to the top floor, we kill hordes of zombies and Monoliths. On the fifth floor, near the elevator door, you'll find the mercenary Bartschuk's PDA, which tells us the generator is on the sixth service floor. We turn on the generator, climb into the elevator, and descend to the X-8 laboratory.
We descend and open the door with the access card. Immediately to the right, you'll see a closed door with a sign saying "No Entry." This is where you'll need the red keycard. Open the door; inside is an arsenal of weapons and medical supplies. We enter the classroom, where an electrical anomaly is located. We descend the stairs. On the table is a blue notebook with notes about the experiment. Take it and return to the entrance. Head to the dining room. You'll encounter two snorks on the way—don't be alarmed, it's still early.
Climb the stairs one flight and enter the dining room. You can hear a child crying. In the men's restroom on the right, you'll find Burer, who's crying from loneliness and lacking companionship. While you're having fun, remember to keep an eye on your stamina, or you'll find yourself without a weapon. At the end of the room, you'll find research documents. Return to the entrance again. Descend into the lab. But instead of turning left and going down, take the stairs on the right. The poltergeist that's been pestering us this whole time will be there, along with an RP-74 machine gun. Now, head down to the lab. You'll find another document on a shelf next to the Rainbow aggression suppressor model. That makes three.
Be careful, there will be jerboas there, which can easily chase you into inconspicuous anomalies. In the room with two large tanks, there will be a transfer order on the control panel, and a little further on, an anabiotic that will allow you to survive the release. Now we go down, enter the right elevator shaft, and go up. When you see open doors on the floor, jump over there. There will be three Burers in the hall. I don't know what you'll do with them unless you have a gauss gun. Because if you do, you'll be here for a long time. Well, once you kill them, take the two remaining documents. And two more anabiotics.
Now we return the same way we came here – by elevator. Oh, and I almost forgot. You can't leave until you kill the controller. Once you get out, run to the laundry room to talk to Kovalenko privately. You should have a total of six documents from the X-8 laboratory. Now, Radio Jamming, Unknown, and the "Skat" squad.
Tips: On the roof of the Yubileiny KBO, you can find two snowflake artifacts (although others are possible).
