The Missing of Stalkers

Stalker: Call of Pripyat  →  Quests  → The Missing of Stalkers

Glukhar says people have been disappearing, and bloodsuckers are to blame. And recently, a hunter named Danila disappeared. His body was never found. We have to find out what happened.

Upon arriving at the designated location, Glukhar will contact us. He's found a bloodsucker lair and asks to meet him. Upon meeting him, he says he saw two bloodsuckers enter the KRUG Scientific Research Center building. We need to investigate.

Inside, we'll face two bloodsuckers, one separately. A word of advice: try not to hit your partner. In the worst-case scenario, switch from your assault rifle to your dagger, as the standard AKS tends to swing upwards when firing bursts, making it difficult to hit the enemy.

Descending, we stumble upon a bloodsucker lair. There are many of them here, but they're asleep. Well, we quietly make our way past them to the exit. Getting up from our crouch is highly discouraged, as it could end very deadly. Glukhar sends us to talk to Boroda, but that's already the " Bloodsucker Lair " quest. He asks us to meet him at the "Warehouse," but later.

When we arrive at the "Warehouse," Glukhar isn't there. We need to find out where he is. Boroda probably knows. Yes, Boroda knows. Glukhar left us a message saying he's heading to the port cranes.

So we need to find him there. He's nowhere to be found, but we do find a suspicious "booth" with Danila's body. We go inside and find Glukhar and... Tremor, drinking his blood. Tremor explains that he's thirsty for blood. He explains how he hid it for so long and what he did about it. And then he'll put a bullet in his head.

We tell Boroda about this. He, having learned the danger the stalkers were in, will give you a whopping 10,000 rubles. And you'll earn the "Detective" achievement, meaning that for solving a case, stalkers will regularly drop first aid kits and other medical supplies in your personal inbox at Skadovsk. Thank them for that.
