Metro 2033: Walkthrough → Catacombs
Prospekt Mira was only a few hundred meters away, but Bourbon warned us that the road leads through "lost catacombs."
We immediately find ourselves in a room full of corpses. We search them. Suddenly, we begin hallucinating again. We find ourselves in another world. Here we'll find a narrow, high corridor. On one side will be a huge gate with a red light behind it, and on the other side is Bourbon. We need to run toward him to avoid being sucked into the gate. Otherwise, we'll die.
While Bourbon opens the grate, we struggle with an unknown force in our hallucinations. Overcoming the pull of gravity will save us and allow us to continue. It's a creepy place.
After running through the catacomb corridors without much incident, we reach a gate marked "Market." Bourbon will start shouting for us to enter. They'll hear him, but there won't be a reaction right away.
While they're busy with the gate, we'll have to fight off a massive attack of monsters. Once we've dealt with them, they'll finally get around to opening the gate and letting us in. We'll end up at the Bazaar .
