Agroprom

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky  → Agroprom

Right at the beginning of the location is a "Duty" outpost. They speak to us politely, sympathize, and even provide a security escort.

After some minor adventures, we reach the "Duty" base and speak with General Krylov. It turns out that access to the cache is possible, but only in exchange for aiding "Duty." They are being overwhelmed by mutants constantly pouring out of the Agroprom dungeons. The only way out is to flood the lower levels.

There's nothing else to do; it's time to hit the road. We buy some supplies from a grumpy salesman nicknamed Mityai and head for the burrow. As we approach, we witness a mass landing of snorks, tumbling out of the burrow and furiously rushing into battle with Sergeant Nalivaiko's army.

In principle, you can fight them—and even successfully, if you're lucky. But is it worth wasting ammunition and first aid kits if you can run to the burrow and dive into the dungeon?
