The
Viper-5 submachine gun deservedly enjoys immense popularity due to its reliability, ease of use, and high accuracy. Adopted by the military and police forces of many countries, it also appeared on the black market and eventually made its way into the Zone.
The
AKM-74/2U is similar in size and weight to submachine guns, but its mechanism is almost identical to the AKM-74/2. The weapon's compact size allows it to be used successfully in urban areas and confined spaces, and its bullet offers considerable penetration. Its drawbacks include a short effective range and a tendency to overheat quickly.
The
AKM-74/2 is a 1974 model assault rifle, the introduction of which marked the beginning of the Warsaw Pact's transition to a small-caliber, low-impulse cartridge. Its massive compensator further reduces the already modest recoil, improving accuracy and grouping in all firing modes. Furthermore, it is a simple and reliable weapon.
The
AS-96/2 is a modern assault rifle designed to replace the aging AKM-74/2. One of its key features is the ability to fire two-round bursts with high accuracy, so that at a range of 100 meters, both bullets land on the same spot. This significantly increases the chances of hitting targets thanks to the combined stopping and penetrating power of the bullets.
The
Grom-S14 is a machine gun-grenade launcher system similar to the AKM-74 assault rifle (the main differences being the 9x39mm caliber, bullpup layout, and greater upgradeability). Designed for rapid response units, it is highly prized by military personnel and stalkers for its ability to reliably engage enemies protected by body armor or hidden in cover.
The
SA "LAVINA" is a weapon developed from the specialized "Vintar-VS" sniper rifle as a silent weapon for special forces. It allows the shooter to effectively fire at an enemy protected by body armor without revealing their position. One of its key features is the use of an integrated suppressor and the use of 9x39mm cartridges with a heavy bullet.
