The Brain of Cthulhu is a boss similar to the Eye of Cthulhu. Its health is 1700, but despite this, it has high defense. Furthermore, the boss has minions, which must be killed to take damage. Its teleportation ability makes it particularly dangerous. Like other bosses, it passes through walls. It is the only boss not immune to knockback. Boss minions:

The Creeper is a minion of the Brain of Cthulhu. When summoned, the boss deploys 15-20 Creepers. After the boss teleports, the Creepers fly to him, and he deploys them again.

In Expert mode, the boss gains new abilities.


  1. In Phase 1, unlike in Normal mode, Creepers will inflict a random debuff when attacking, ranging from Magical Exhaustion to Curse and Slow, and the Brain can also deal damage.
  2. In phase 2, he can summon illusions of himself that deal half the damage of the brain itself, and the less health he has, the more real the illusions seem.
