Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl → Junkyard
Visiting Gray won't be easy—bandits have swarmed the area. They're shooting at stalkers and, for some unknown reason, trying to seize the radioactive equipment dump defended by stalkers led by Bes.
The demon will offer to help you defend the camp—it's up to you whether to agree or not. Here you can get your hands on submachine guns and an AKS-74U. Either way, you'll need to stock up on ammunition and first aid kits to break through the bandit stronghold on the road north to the factory. If you're confident, you can hole up in the vehicle graveyard and try to defend it.
And here's Gray himself. He'll transfer you to another acquaintance—a stalker nicknamed Mole, who apparently unearthed the hiding place where Strelok kept his things.
On the road east, toward the Agroprom Research Institute, bandits are holed up behind concrete slabs. You can try firing at them from the protection of the half-open iron gates. Proceed to the Agroprom Research Institute.
