Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl → Anomalies
Description of anomalies
Gravity anomalies is an anomaly presumably of gravitational origin. When activated, it violently draws in everything within a 10-15 meter radius. If caught in the center of the "funnel," there is no chance of survival: the body of both animals and humans will be compressed into a tight ball and then torn apart during the so-called discharge. During its entire existence—on average, about a week—the anomaly remains in its location; it can be visually detected during the day by the characteristic air movement above it, swirling foliage, fragments of dismembered corpses, and a distinctive dark spot on the ground in the center.Frying - When inactive, it appears as a barely visible cloud of hot air, but when any object or living creature enters its range, it forms a compact zone heated to approximately 1500K.
Aspic - A formation of unclear origin. It appears as a glowing, bright green jelly, easily visible in the dark. Upon contact with the body, it causes damage similar to that of a strong acid.
Electra is an anomalous formation approximately 10 meters in diameter that accumulates static electricity. When disturbed, the anomaly explodes with dozens of mini-lightning bolts, and the resulting shock is almost always fatal to any living creature. A characteristic feature of the "Electra" is a bluish fog visible above it during the day.
