Features (Part 2)

Fallout Tactics: BoS → Features (Part 2)

Butcher - By a strange coincidence, people around you are dying in the most horrific ways. You will choose the worst death for everyone.

Sorcerer - everyone around you is less fortunate, including you.

Kindhearted - War had no interest in you in your youth. Your combat skills start at a low level, but you are unmatched in First Aid, Doctor, and Barter.

First Aid, Doctor, and Barter: +20%. Small and Large Guns, Energy Weapons, Melee, Unarmed, and Throw: -10%.

Chemical sensitivity - you become dependent on chemicals very quickly. You become accustomed to them twice as quickly, and the addiction wears off quickly.

Chemical Resistance - Chemicals affect you half as much, but the chance of becoming addicted to them is also halved.

Night Person - You see perfectly at night. At night, you gain +1 to Intelligence and Perception, and -1 during the day.

Experienced - Since you spend significantly more time leveling up your skills than regular players, you gain an additional 5 skill points with each level. However, you won't gain the same number of new abilities; they will require one more level to acquire.

Gifted - You initially have more abilities than others, so you need less time to develop them. Your primary stats are increased by +1, but you lose -10% from each skill at the start and gain 5 fewer skill points as you level up.
