Making our way through the slums, we reach a new testing area. Ahead of us is a huge round door. To open it, we need to quickly, almost simultaneously, activate two consoles on the sides. To do this, we create portals in each booth, allowing us to easily move between them in literally a second. We activate them and wait for the door to open. We enter the complex and move along the metal walkway. We reach the next level and see a broken door.

We create portals to get inside. And now we're in the lab. We move forward; at the very top, there's a wall illuminated by a lamp. We create portals and enter. Below is a slightly bent surface; we create a portal on it and find a good jumping position. We jump down, and only when we're a few meters from the ground, we quickly create a portal and, by inertia, fly far ahead. We walk along the corridor, listening to the announcer.

After ascending the elevator, we turn 180 degrees and look into the distance, aiming our gun. Create a portal on the slightly bent wall and descend the stairs. Jump straight into the elevator shaft and, quickly creating a portal, fly away using inertia. In the small room, we pull the lever and, creating portals, reach the top. We descend the pipe and head to the first test. The blue liquid allows you to jump long distances.

It works using inertia: the gel will allow you to jump the same distance from the distance you jump onto it. We cross to the other side and climb up, creating portals. With a long jump, we reach the console. Activate it, pick up the cube and place it on the button above. Leave the chamber through the door. For the next test, we'll first jump to a higher level using the blue gel. Create a portal above the moving platform and jump onto it. Pick up the cube and place it on the button on the higher level.

A section of the surface has appeared, allowing you to create a portal and jump to the other side, using the gel as a jumping surface. Next, we push off the wall, and we'll automatically zigzag toward the cube. We return and press the button. Another section of the surface has appeared. We create a portal in the same manner and, using the gel as a jumping surface, we reach the exit. We take the elevator up and jump down. We reach the columns along the iron structures. On one of them, at the very top, we see a light and a white surface. We create a portal and reach it.

To the left, behind the bars, we create a portal on the floor and enter the test chamber directly. We activate the console and create a portal where the blue liquid is dripping, and another one in front of the raised areas. To ensure the gel drips onto the floor, we quickly remove the portal. Now we can easily jump onto them. We then continue creating portals on the floor in front of the semi-bent surface, filling it with liquid. We easily jump onto the elevated platform with the slightly bent surface. We go around to the left and create another portal under the dripping gel and on the slightly bent surface. A couple of drops will be enough. Then, as usual, we fly forward by inertia.

In the next test, we'll start by creating two portals: one on the floor next to the console and one under the stream of blue liquid. Jump to the console and disable it. We have a few seconds to spray the floor with gel where the stream of water was pouring and then jump to the higher ground. To do this, move the portal next to the console to the surface to the left and above it. Continue the test. Create a portal under the gel and on the slightly curved surface. We'll reach the very top. Jump and, using inertia, fly through the slightly curved surface, pushing off from the liquid.

In the far column, at the top, create a portal that will shoot liquid onto the opposite slightly curved surface. Jump again and, using inertia, reach the desired location. Create portals and make our way even higher.

In the next test, we'll fill the container with a cube with blue liquid. Catch the cube and rinse it in water. Place it on the button. We can't jump to the elevator anyway, so we'll fill the floor in front of it with gel. To get the elevator to rise again, we need to remove the cube. Fill it with blue liquid, and it will start jumping again, thereby flying away from the button. After exiting the elevator, look left and create a portal on the far wall. Another portal can be created at the cave exit. We'll find ourselves in another testing complex. To the left, we see a surface from which we can fly to the other side using inertia. But first, let's climb up a little to the right.

Everything would be fine, but a glass wall prevents us from creating a portal. So, we create two portals on the floor, and when we emerge from the second one, we quickly create a portal and fly to the other side. We activate two levers in the room and get out of here. We reach the very top. On the right is a semi-bent surface. On the one closest to us, we create a portal and fly to the office space, where we rescue GladOS. We also activate a button that allows us to move forward. We climb back to the very top and fly far forward by inertia.
