Fallout: New Vegas Walkthrough -> Player Companions (Part 2)
Raul - A dry sense of humor and dry skin, washed over by waves of memories. An old Mexican ghoul with a long and rich history. After a life as a feral gunslinger, Raul began working as a simple repairman in Nevada.
While traveling to New Vegas, he was captured by the Blackrock Nightkin and imprisoned by their leader, Tabitha. After being freed from captivity, he joins the player out of gratitude. This new taste of adventure reminds Raoul of his turbulent past, inspiring him to return to his old profession—being a gunslinger.

Personal quest: Old School Ghoul - Old Vaquero (33% increase in fire rate) or Full Maintenance.
Lily is a super mutant Granny who worries about Little Jimmy. Though she now lives a peaceful life caring for the Bighorns in the Jacobstown community, Lily was once a Nightkin in the Master's army.
Before this, she was an elderly grandmother enjoying the simple life in Vault 17. Overmedicated, Lily struggles with her dangerous schizophrenia and distant memories of her old life.
Location: Jacobstown
Partner Perk: Stealth Girl - Doubles the duration of the Stealth Boy ability; +10% to damage dealt by a critical hit while stealthed.
Personal quest: "Guess Who I Saw!" :
a) Complete cure for seizures when combat stats are reduced;
b) Less frequent seizures (25% HP or less) while maintaining stats;

The choice is provided during the dialogue about the prescribed medicine.
Rex is the King's best friend, and later the Courier's. A cybernetic dog created sometime before the war, he was used by the Denver Police Department and Caesar's Legion before most were blown up during the Battle of Hoover Dam.
Since then, he has been the King's loyal pet in the Freeside of Kings. Capable of finding objects and dealing a lot of damage, he has only one (big) problem: his brain is starting to deteriorate.
Location: Freeside
Partner Perk: "Search and Mark" - highlights all picked up items and opened containers in green.
Personal quest: "A Dog's Life" - New Brain (depending on the donor's choice):
a) increased health (the brain of Lupa, the personal dog of dog owner Antony)
b) increased attack (the brain of Ray, one of Lady Gibson's dogs)
c) increased movement speed (the brain of Violetta, Violet's personal dog)
AD-E is a spy robot that stores valuable information. Unlike standard ibots, AD-E is a highly customized Duraframe model with reinforced armor and specialized weapons. He was an ibot on an incredible adventure, carrying a huge amount of vital information until he was damaged and taken away by the owners of Primm's shop.
Although AD-E still retains all its data and understands its mission, its internal positioning hardware is severely damaged. The only reason it hasn't been captured by interested parties is because AD-E hasn't communicated its mission to anyone.
Location: Primm
Partner Perk: "Heightened Senses" - Recognize and mark enemies on radar from a long distance.
Personal quest: "AD-E, My Love" - after completing the quest:
a) +8 PU (if given to the Brotherhood).
b) +40% to the robot's damage (if given to the Followers).
