Diamond Skeleton - With the Diamond Skeleton perk, your limbs take only 50% of normal damage.

Purifier - As a Purifier of the Wasteland, you deal +50% damage to Centaurs, Nightstalkers, Spore Plants, Deathclaws, Super Mutants, and Feral Ghouls when using a melee weapon or unarmed.

Light Step - With the Light Step perk, you'll never step on an enemy mine or fall into a floor trap. 

Requirements: Level 14, Perception 6, Dexterity 6. Ranks: 1. ID: 00031db7.


Handyman - You have an uncanny ability to repair objects using their weak counterparts. Fixing a Ranger Carbine with a Hunting Rifle, a Plasma Weapon with a Laser Weapon, and Power Armor with Metal Armor is a piece of cake. How is this possible? No one knows the answer... except you. 

Requirements: Level 14, Repair 90. Ranks: 1. ID: 00165815.


Chemist - With the Chemist perk, any chemicals last twice as long on you. 

Requirements: Level 14, Medicine 60. Ranks: 1. ID: 0009982d.


Center of Gravity - You don't have to worry about finding weak spots. Aim straight down and you're done. Aiming for the torso in VATS mode deals an extra 15% damage. 

Requirements: Level 14, Weapon 70. Ranks: 1. ID: 00165182.


Zivchik - The "Zivchik" ability gives an additional 15 action points in VATS. 

Requirements: Level 16, Dexterity 6. Ranks: 2. ID: 00031dba, 0007b202.


Critical Damage - With the Critical Damage ability, you deal 50% more damage with each critical hit on an enemy.

Requirements: Level 16, Perception 6, Luck 6. Ranks: 1. ID: 00031dbb.


Weapon Handling - Strength requirements for using certain weapons have been reduced by 2. 

Requirements: Level 16, Strength < 10. Ranks: 1. ID: 00146097.


Prize! - The "Prize!" ability allows you to choose a fourth prize skill, instantly increasing it by 15 points. 

Requirements: Level 16. Ranks: 1. ID: 00031dbd.


Disintegration - Creates a halo of harmful energy around your enemies killed with energy weapons. Beware, chain reaction is possible.

Requirements: Level 16, Energy Weapon 90. Ranks: 1. ID: 0014609a.


Chemical Resistance - The "Chemical Resistance" perk halves your chances of becoming addicted to chemicals, such as Psychic or Jet. 

Requirements: Level 16, Medicine 60. Ranks: 1. ID: 00099827.
