Monsters (Part 1)

Animals are neutral and aggressive mobs found throughout the game. Some of them flee from the player.


Peaceful

Chester (full name Otto Von Chesterfield) - is a passive mob that can carry the player's items (9 slots) like a normal chest, the only differences are that he follows the player and that he has different textures (can be upgraded).

The Pig King - is a structure found in the Pig Settlement, near the cobblestones, which is also marked on the map.


The Gobbler is a peaceful creature that feeds on berries, carrots, and mandrake. It emerges from berry bushes in any biome. It hides in the evening and disappears into the bushes until it emerges again.

Mandrake - is a rare mob that can be picked up like a flower.

The rabbit - is a peaceful small animal that is often found in clearings and savannas.

Beardling - This is what regular rabbits turn into if the player's sanity level drops below 40%.
The moleworm
 - is a peaceful creature. It has a burrow and moves mainly underground. It steals stones lying on the ground.


Glommer - is a peaceful creature. It appears during the full moon and will follow the player if they have a flower.

The buzzard - is a relatively peaceful animal. It lives in deserts. It will attack if you try to take its meat.

 


Neutral

The Koalefant - is a peaceful mob that, like Beefalo, wanders the world and leaves behind droppings.

Beefalos - are neutral mobs that roam the world and leave droppings. Their name comes from the words beef and buffalo. They are found in and around the savannah biome. They are a herd animal.

A baby Beefalo is a descendant of the Beefalo. Its growth is divided into three stages: baby, child, and adolescent. At the end of its growth, it becomes an adult Beefalo.


Pigs - are non-aggressive creatures that live in their homes and attack hostile monsters.

Merms - are aggressive creatures (if approached closely) that live in the swamp. They will attack anyone who approaches their homes.

The Volt Goat - is a neutral animal. It lives in deserts. It's usually peaceful, but if struck by lightning, it becomes angry. It can electrocute opponents while angry.

The raccoon is a neutral animal that lives in deciduous forests and hollow tree stumps. It hunts birds and insects. It can be friendly.
