Stalker: Call of Pripyat  → Stimulants

Radioprotector was included in the personal first aid kits of nuclear power plant workers. It appeared in the Zone as a replacement for the overly toxic cystamine hydrochloride (PC1). It reduces the effects of gamma radiation on living tissue. This drug is best used preventively, before exposure, as it does not have an immediate effect.

Effect: Radioprotection +150, Duration: 60 sec

Antidote is a complex of antidotes: metoclopramide, pyridoxine, thiamine, riboxia, and others. It injects substances into the bloodstream that can break down protein poisons, as well as absorbents for synthetic poisons. It's not particularly popular, as most stalkers rely on a gas mask and coveralls.

Effect: Chemical protection: +150, Duration: 60 sec

Psi-Blockade is a narcotic drug that blocks avalanche-like nerve impulses. An interesting side effect is that after taking it, a brief disappearance of all emotions is observed. In the Zone, it is used to counteract anomalous fields of heightened psi-activity; it has not been found to be of use outside of it.

Effect: Psi-blockade: +240, Duration: 60 sec

Periwinkle is a synthetic analogue of vitamin K. Its main effect is to increase blood clotting. It is popular among stalkers because it helps the body heal lacerations faster.

Effect: Wound healing: +30, Duration: 20 sec

Hercules is a synthetic steroid similar in chemical composition to testosterone. It is used by stalkers during long treks to increase muscle fatigue threshold. It helps significantly increase the amount of weight they can carry.

Effect: Carry weight: +20 kg, Duration: 300 sec

Anabiotic is an experimental drug developed for research teams operating in the Zone. Its formula contains tetrodotoxin, known as "zombie powder," which causes complete paralysis of the central nervous system. This could presumably ensure survival outside of shelter during an airdrop. The drug has not been field-tested or clinically tested, casting doubt on its effectiveness and raising concerns about potential side effects.

Effect: Allows you to survive an emission (3 emissions - achievement).
