Method 1
- Weapon: Uzi ichor cartridge (3000-3605)
- Armor: Turtle Armor
- Accessories: Wings
- Potions: Major Healing Potion
- Other: Wooden platforms, torches.
Preparation:
Clear the surrounding area of dirt and water—you'll need to dig a hole near the bud so you can fly freely without hitting Plantera. Place torches around the area and wooden platforms 5-15 blocks long at the edges to avoid wasting time landing.
Battle Procedure:
Fly from one platform to another, periodically stopping on the "floor" of your arena to prevent Plantera from crawling along the top, showering everything with spiky balls. Try to fly around her, avoiding close contact and stopping on the platforms on the sides and the floor.
Method 2
- Weapons: Sword with damage over 50 units, mithril/orichalcum crossbow.
- Armor: Titanium armor
- Accessories: Wings
- Potions: Archer's Potion
- Other: Hook
Preparation:
First, dig an arena approximately 75x60. Then, seal off any pits and passages to avoid mobs.
Battle Procedure:
Destroy the bud once you've completed the preparation. Then, grapple upward and shoot Plantera with your crossbow. When Phase 2 begins, kill the minions with your sword and continue shooting with your crossbow.
Method 3
- Weapon: Mushroom Spear
- Armor: Titanium armor
- Accessories: Wings, Lightning Boots, Mythical Amulet, Star Shroud
- Potions: Iron Skin Potion, Regeneration Potion, Major Healing Potion
Preparation:
One of the most important factors is the boss battlefield. Dig a network of tunnels in the jungle, shaped like a circle. The goal is to be able to run/fly through these tunnels away from the boss in a circle, while simultaneously damaging him through blocks with your spear. To move quickly, you should level out all uneven surfaces, ledges, and isolated blocks. It's essential to have cave-like pockets along the way to protect you from the pink spiked balls.
Battle progression:
Run away from the boss, occasionally stopping to damage him with your spear. If the boss starts moving quickly, simply run away. If absolutely necessary, drink a 100hp potion. The key here is to take your time; the boss won't go anywhere.
Method 4
- Weapon: Mega Shark
- Armor: Titanium armor
- Accessories: Wings
- Potions: Major Healing Potion
- Other: Rabbit Cannon
Battle progression:
First, set up a respawn point nearby. Then, preferably at the edge of the cave with the bud, place a rabbit. Summon Plantera. When she's on the opposite side of the cannon, fire from her; when she's close, fly to the other side and fire from the one you've equipped.
Method 5
- Weapons: Death Scythe, Fungal Spear.
- Armor: Chlorophyte or titanium.
- Accessories: Fur glove, wings, cobalt shield
- Potions: Greater Health Potion
- Buffs: All accessories should be enchanted for defense (preferably +4)
Preparation: Once you find the bud, dig around it in a 50x50 room with a 7-block-wide tunnel around it so you can reach the bud and summon the Plantera.
Battle progress: After she arrives, mow her down with your Death Scythe or poke her with your spear while circling until she dies. If she's low on health, use a Large Health Potion. This is a very simple method; you'll lose almost no XP during the battle.
Method 6
You'll need:
- Weapon: Death Scythe
- Armor: Turtle or Chlorophyte
- Accessories: Wings and other accessories that add attack.
- Two teleporters, as shown in method 4.
- Superior Healing Potion 10-20
Course of the battle:
We will need:
40v40 Arena
And two pieces of land 10 by 10
When Plantera shoots seeds, take cover from the seeds behind the block pieces.
Beat Plantera until she dies.
Time: 5-10 minutes
Method 7
- Weapon: Piranha Cannon.
- Armor: Turtle armor.
- Accessories: Wings, Meat Knuckles, Myth Charm, Avenger Emblem.
- Potions: 5 Major Healing Potion, Iron Skin Potion, Regeneration Potion.
An arena is preferable, but you can do without one. Buff yourself, break Plantera's Bud, equip the Piranha Cannon, and shoot Plantera. Fly, jump, dash upward, and use heals (keep the mouse pressed the entire time). When Plantera starts to pin you down, fly, jump, and dash downward. Repeat this until you kill it, or it kills you. Remember: up, down.

P.S. You can also make a small room downstairs with a Bonfire and a Nurse.
A lazy way
- Weapon: Chlorophyte Claymore
- Armor: Chlorophyte Set
- Buffs: Yellow Leather, HP Regen, Ichor Flask. The rest is optional.
Tactics: Break the bud, wait for Plantera, stand still, and slash at her with your sword. The idea is that Plantera's ramming does less damage than its seeds, so it will drain HP slowly. When it enters the second stage, nothing changes; just stand still and slash. In total, she took off 100-250 HP (I had all my red hearts and two green ones left at the end of the battle).
